Mesmeric

Inspired by my research on performance art, immersion and music visualization, Mesmeric focuses not only on the aesthetic of my work but on its presentation; its performance to the viewer.
Mesmeric focused on exploring the connection between immersion and perception through the use of audio reaction, music visualization, and a homemade hologram. Mesmeric showcases a captivating visual representation of our instinctual, ritualistic movements through the repetition of a woman dancing, reminding us that art first starts with the desire for expression.

Mesmeric was awarded the Presidents Award at Best of Ringling and was displayed in several galleries.
